I NEED GASTRIC BYPASS, WHAT CAN I DO.

I have worked as hard as I can for many years to lose the weight I have. I am gaining more slowly and have worked hard to keep it off but to no prevail. The depression I get from being overweight and constantly hungry trying not to overeat is horrible. I am constantly dealing with hunger and feeling weak because I am not eating as much as my body is telling me it wants to. I NEED GASTRIC BYPASS, its not that i want a easy way to get skinny even, or that i want to get skinny for that matter. I just want to be able to eat a meal and be full, i want to be able to lose weight by going to the gym and drinking water and dieting . but i cant do it those ways, i have tried very hard to accomplish this. I dont over-eat, dont munch on snacks or eat fast food very often, i eat maybe 2 meals a day and not very big, i am constantly moving at work and working out , i dont sleep often. may be part of the issue with gaining weight is not sleeping alot. BUT when it comes down to it I CANT afford Gastric. Is there an angel out there. a company. a association. SOMEONE that can or will be able to help me get this surgery done. Years of in-care and medical people focusing on my depression, always been depressed, and it leads to my weight and inability to let myself fit in because of that. I CANT DO THIS MY WHOLE LIFE. Please if anyone knows any sources of help, or anyone who can save my life and let me be normal and eat normal and weigh decent weight PLEASE i beg you to help me.

Is there anything i can do. I dont have medical, haven’t for a few years. And I am not sure how I would go about getting or affording medical and if I did would they even understand my situation or leave me stuck like Kaiser Permenete did . I was 6 years or more there and they knew i was horribly depressed and as well overweight, i asked and requested gastric bypass but the doctor told me to lose weight first. the problem was. I CANT. I was never helped at Kaiser and now without medical I am stuck with nobody who can do this surgery and the cost of it being SUPER high i just dont know what to do.

Can i get help please.
To ass on to the previous comment . diets have not worked at all, I am eating the right amount of calories with 2 hours a day of cardio, drinking the 6-8 cups of water daily. no soda no candy no snacks. Its way beyond dieting, its a matter of starving even after eating a regular portion of food, and if i eat till im full, i could eat easily 8 big macs before actually feeling my stomach full. I rarely ever worry about being full i am more concerned with having enough food not to pass out.

I cant go out of the country and my investment on this would be less then 500 USD, so 11,000 is WAY out of the question. I have no family supporting me or caring about me, im only 23 years old and barely pay the bills let alone saving up till i get 11,000 . by then i will be dead.

I truly know you pain. I was in your shoes at one time. Have you considered going out of country to have the surgery. Like an Adjustable Band. My son went to Mexico to have his done. With the cost of plane fair it cost us just over $11,000.00. The cost of the hotel, which was a very nice one was included in the price of the doctor’s fee. Much cheaper than here. Also Costa Rica’s doctors are good. Many patients go to Brazil for a Duodenal Switch.

If you email me privately I”ll give you the names of some of those doctors. Also consider joining some online support groups. http://www.obesityhelp.com is a great group where you can support and ideas on how to afford the surgery.

Good luck and start saving, One suggestion is never spend a dollar bill. Put your dollar bills l in a box. Once a month put all the dollars into a savings account. You will surprised how much money you can save in a month doing that.

plz dont.what have you been eating. alot of food.try cutting down.alson the oily and fatty stuff.instead of white bread try whole wheat, dark chocolate instead of milk or white chocolate.basically the healthier version of any food.also read calorie content.some simple foods may be ridiculously high in calories.dieting is not the key it makes you put on more weight.just make small changes in your diet.exercise longer and you will see results.

what i would do is eat my normal days amount of food.calculate the total calories and then cut down by 400 or so calories plus exercise.i know it sounds weird but dont become anorexic.bcuz both guys and girls can be anorexic.just aim for a healthy weight .type bmi i n google and click on it.and just be happy

Have you had your thyroid checked. Unexplained weight gain, sleeping problems, depression are a few of the symptom. The thyroid controls the metabolism and temperature in the body. TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) reference range should be around 0.3 – 3.0mU/L although newer research shows above 2.0mU/L is in the early stages of hypothyroidism. This said, the TSH test alone is a poor indicator of thyroid problems. Lab tests to request when you can afford to see a doctor>>>

Easy home test is the temperature test to check if your temperature is optimal. Enzymes (the workers in the body) only work effectively at the right body temperature.

Manuel Uribe, of Mexico, was the heaviest man in the world weighing 1232 pounds, lost 400 pound eating a good diet and exercising. The link shows what his diet of 2000 calories consists of:

Taking digestive enzyme supplements with meals is also an excellent way to help lose weight as enzymes break down the food nutrients into simpler forms. Eg: fats are split into fatty acids or carbohydrates are split into sugars. If not broken down properly, these nutrients are just deposited in the body. The enzyme lipase breaks down fats so this is the most effective with weight loss.

Digestive enzyme supplements help with weight loss:

To lose 1 pound of fat per week healthily:

Subtract 250 calories daily from your BMR.
Add enough exercise to burn 250 calories/day.

    500 calories x 7 days = 3500 calories per week = 1 pound of weight loss.

Diet tips: Besides eating less sugar and excess fat in the diet, Soups and protein makes you feel fuller for longer; Eat breakfast; Eat 5 or 6 small meals/snacks a day; Drink plenty of water.the brain confuses thirst with hunger.try a large drink first and wait 15 minutes to see if you are really hungry; Eat on a smaller plate; Count calories to make sure you are not eating too much/or too little. Exercise.muscles are metabolically active meaning they are burning calories even when at rest.

Gastric bypass is a serious step and only being able to eat half a cup or you vomit is not something that sounds like a lot of fun.
