I recently had an endoscopy that found an gastric ulcer over 1.5 inches. It’s called a giant ulcer. I’ve been reading online that with it being so large there is an increased risk of it being cancerous. Anyone know if this is true and what percentage the likelihood of cancer is.

Ok so i’ve had gastric reflux for the past 9 months 4 month ago i went to the docter i got some pills that eased lf the pain.but in the weekend i went to my aunts party and it was loaded with unhealthy stuff sodaa,spicy food,,the only thing that was good was punch.
a.w i feel all bloadted and it feels weird good thing it doesnt burn.i feel like a verryy mild head ache sensation. like 0.2 from 1 to 10 its ot confortable.

In 2009 after I recieved my diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis I started getting this feeling around my belly button of fullness when I ate. It came and went for a couple months then went away for a while. Then it came back again and hasent let up too much since, it has been about 6 months since it came back. I have times where I can eat normally, then others not so much. I have been to my regular doctor and my GI doctor about this a few times and I keep getting the same answer of it being gas causing it because I also have GERD and have since 2006. In 2007 I had an endoscopy to check for Barretts esophagus and was told that everything was normal looking in my stomach and esophagus. Initally I looked this symptom up and found stomach cancer to be up there with possible causes. So me being who I am I freaked out about it. Both my doctors have told me several times that if there would have been something like that growing in there they would have seen the changes in the cells when the endo was done. So I believed them. But now I am getting some bloating right under my sternum almost everytime when I eat.almost. This is driving me mad as to what it can be because I am so scared it might be gastric cancer. My GI said I have not lost any major poundage and I way around 143 – 146 when I go to the clinic. And he said I have not been showing anything that would prompt alarm so I havent had anything done since 2007. Is it true that they could have caught something like that 3 years ago in the first stages. Earlier last year I tested for H. Pylori and it was negative. I have had some history with gastroenteritis but it has been nothing constant. Also, I seem to get numbness in my back around where the stomach would be which is also giving me some fear but that easily could be my MS. I dont feel like crap much unless I eat something which I have been told if it were cancer I would be feeling it more than just when I eat. I dont know I need help here because I am going insane with this issue. Anybody have any logical guessing.

why do people lose weight to find ou they have diabetes later in life. or some other complication when losing weight fast.

or is it a mexican/hawii thing for natural big people. they said Mexicans are more at risk for diabetes, is that why they are not suppose to lose weight.

is the cold on there flab like a refrigerator, that houses infection or bacteria. there must be a reason for all of this.

My husband’s father has been diagnosed with gastric cancer. The doctors cannot do much – pretty much nothing, could not offer even chemo and gave him no chances. How long can you live with cancer in its 4th stage. The doctors said a few months maybe a year, but did not really want to talk about it.
Do you know anybody that has lived years with it.
